Dental fillings are often used to fill cavities. They can also be applied to restore worn teeth or fill in gaps between teeth. Fillings in our office is made using composite resin (white or tooth-colored material). Over time, however, fillings risk staining or fracture. And may not replace large amounts of missing or decayed tooth structure.
